Leave No Trace Trainer and Master Educator Course

Alberta Junior Forest Wardens Association would like to invite you to Jumping Pound JFW Camp (near Calgary) the first weekend in May to take a Leave No Trace (LNT) course!  Two certificated courses to choose from. Registration is being opened to invited non-members as there is some space in each course. The minimum number of participants has been met and the courses will run. SIGN UP: To sign up for either course, email both and Please indicate which course you would like to register for. Tracey from the AFJWA office will be in touch with you to complete registration and take payment by credit card or email transfer.
LEAVE NO TRACE TRAINER:  This course enables you to teach all the content of LNT awareness workshops, which can be taught on a standalone basis or integrated into other programming. This course will run TWO days, Saturday, May 6 and Sunday, May 7. Cost is $131.25, payable by credit card or email transfer.
LEAVE NO TRACE MASTER EDUCATOR:  The Master Educator course will be more in-depth than the Trainer course and enables you to teach awareness workshops and optionally hold Trainer courses (subject to conditions of LNT Canada). This course will run THREE days and ONE evening, Thursday, May 4 through Sunday, May 7. This course may require you to arrange time off work Thursday afternoon and Friday in order to be at camp for the start of the course at 6:00 pm on Thursday. Cost is $262.50, payable by credit card or email transfer.
